From what I hear, a whole lot of guys are paranoid about other dicks in the room while they’re naked. I’ve read that there are even some male performers in the mainstream porn world who won’t do DP’s, etc. Go figure. I’ve never done an MMF threesome, but my girlfriend would very much like to experience it at some point, and I’ve told her I’m more than willing. I’m straight, but I’m also not homophobic and I don’t see how another naked guy in the room is going to somehow impinge on my manhood. Hell, we’d both be focused on the woman anyway.

Tried once but after a lot of alcohol, and it was totally unexpected. I don’t know if I could have done it if it was prepared.

One of the most common problems with threesomes of any gender mix seems to be that people have been drinking beforehand. A little alcohol can help loosen inhibitions, but I’ve heard far too many stories of threesomes that ended disastrously, or at least unsatisfyingly, because the people involved were drunk and hadn’t talked it out ahead of time. This is REALLY the sort of thing that requires some communication. For example, some couples have expectations that their partners won’t do certain things with the third person they invite into their bed, and when only one person is aware of these restrictions, things tend to go very badly. And if jealousy is at all an issue (which it often is when people are inexperienced with multiple partners at once), ground rules have to be laid ahead of time and things need to be discussed like, “What do we do if one person gets extremely jealous in the middle of all this?”
This is mostly advice for first-timers and people not experienced with multiple partner relationships/sex, but it still applies to more experienced people, too.
In the case of an MMF threesome, both guys need to be OK with things like the fact that their dicks might touch or they might even end up with another guy’s cum on them at some point. This seems obvious and no-big-deal to some people, but it would cause some guys to absolutely freak out. It’s definitely best to know ahead of time.
