Lameness

The thought has crossed my mind a few times of requiring a username and password in order to be able to comment on my blog, but not until recently has it seemed to be absolutely necessary.

Recently I’ve had a couple people that have found my blog and know me from the site AbbyWinters.com, two of which are posing under the same screen name. Now, I know which one is which, writing styles vary and intuition said something was wrong with the initial email I received.

However let it be known that from whatever name you write me from and you come to me asking for services, like webcam sessions, customized DVDs, panties etc (all of which I provide, without shame) I don’t really care who you are because the internet makes it possible for anyone to change their identity in a matter of minutes. So either this person emailed me from this name they borrowed from someone else to either:

A. try and get a discount because of “who they were”
B. get a kick out of “fooling” me, wow I just got punk’d (not)
C. see what I would do for money
(although I’ve posted the price list for this kind of thing elsewhere on my blog)
D. Has nothing else to do with their pitiful fucking existence except to bother me.

So, let the record show these are my prices for webcam shows, phone sex, customized DVD’s and dirty panties…

Webcam shows w/Phone sex via Skype (I call you) $3/min

Customized DVD - $100

Customized DVD w/the panties I wore in the movie $150

panties - $50

and no, I will never sell my pubic hair.

Do I really need to change this blog to start using usernames and passwords? I had a little more faith in my audience than that, although these people DID come from Abby…hmmm

Either way, wherever you come from, grow the fuck up.

  1. It’s a tough call. On the one hand, it will discourage some of the dumbass posters who have no interest in anything but boobs. On the other hand, it’s also a nuisance for people who genuinely like the blog, and appreciate content other than the nude pics (not that I mind those at all).
Like you say, it’s easy to change an identity in minutes. Usernames and passwords will only slow down the committed weirdo, they won’t stop him. The real question is how it will impact other readers of the site.

  2. I think this kind of lameness just comes with the territory. Unfortunately, as you become more popular and better known, it’s likely to happen more often. Don’t let it get you down.

  3. Sequoia, did I somehow offend you? I never meant to if I did. Are we ok?
