Starfish at the Nude Beach

So, its been an on going weekend ritual for my boyfriend and I to spend our mornings at the nude beach. I miss being there everyday, which we used to be because we lived closer, but now we’re a two hour bike ride away from it and with my current bicycle seat, its impossible to ride that long with out causing serious nerve damage.

This past weekend I was lucky enough to spend sometime with a starfish, which are some pretty cool creatures! Which should be another motivation for NOT DRILLING OFFSHORE! Come on people, I know we’re Americans, which automatically means ignorant and silly these days, but we need to draw the line somewhere.

We took some pictures…

My boobs look weird when they float.

A ridiculous dorky face.

Yay Floating!

Also: I have a poll for you guys!

I have the privilege of making another folio for IShotMysef.com!! Yay! I have alot of ideas for themes and was curious as to what your fine opinions would be. So here are some of my ideas, feel free to leave your feedback in the comments, or maybe some suggestions of your own.

A. More underwater stuff, in a snokeling spot preferably, so there would be some interaction with the sea life

B. In a local park, Tree Tops, which looks kind of jungle-y and I could plan the shoot during one of our daily rainstorms

C. Ritualistic, candles, incense, etc…in a dark room with only candlelight

D. Maybe with one of the vintage poalroids I get my hands on? Although this idea I’m a little hesitant on, namely because of the rarity of the film

Anyways, I like feedback, preferably constructive:

I like the vintage Polaroid style. Although, I know that locating the film could be a hassle. I also like the idea of the candlelight as well. But it might be too dark. So with that, I say the underwater theme sounds good. It’s exotic and fits well with the season.

To be honest, I’m not especially fond of the whole premise of shooting oneself. I’ve seen quite a bit of IShotMyself’s promo content and I very rarely see anything I think is particularly interesting or erotic. Mostly it just looks awkward.

That said, I do like a lot of what you post on your blog here, and I think either options A or B above could lead to some very nice results.

    Hey Mike,

I appreciate the feedback. While I would agree that some of ISM’s content is not completely erotic or sexual, I am in dire need of paying work and this is what has come up, lol.

Thanks for the compliments! Whichever I decide to do, I’d still like to shoot the others for the sake of art.

    Peace, Love & Pussy,

    Sequoia

I like the jungley atmosphere of a shoot. There are some nice areas near me if you want to come up here for a shoot.

    I like the rainstorm idea.
Especially if you wear white clothes

Hi Sequoia, I like the rain idea and the candle ideas. Bring it on!

I vote A. Love how things change underwater (e.g. your boobs)…

  10. Chica Says:

Yes A for me, the underwater pics are beautiful and original… the star fish makes a great porn star ;)

To be honest, all your ideas are a major step above the usual ISM stuff. The rainstorm/white clothes idea from above is certainly worth investigating further. How about a non-nude soaked to the skin shoot wearing something that will go semi see-through but sticks to your curves perfectly. If you could time it right you could start off dry and just get wetter and wetter - rather than starting of dressed and just getting nuder and nuder as most of these things tend to do. As long as you do plenty of shots with that perfect bottom of yours in i’ll be happy ;)
