Every Woman Should Have a Copy of this Book

I’ve had my copy for about four years, its an awesome reference on anything ancient and feminine.

Some noteworthy entries: Lilith, Menstruation, Prostitution…

Did you know that women invented the first calendars to keep track of their menstrual cycles which corresponded with the phases of the moon?

One of the reasons for the invention of the modern day Gregorian calendar was to disconnect the pagan’s with their natural cycles of life and so that the Christians could add their own. When they couldn’t completely obliterate a holiday, they just added their own propaganda to the mix, i.e. Christmas and Easter.

Are there any cool chicks in the South Florida area that read this or at least in my hemisphere? I mean, seriously. This peninsula cannot be this devoid of anything remotely cool.

yay, I’m glad you like it. Its an encyclopedia, so its not really like a novel, but it has alot of interesting bits and pieces. If you’re looking for a good novel, I suggest The Red Tent by Anita Diamant
